PWP Early Careers
Our model enables all of our Interns and Graduates to gain broad experience across a variety of products and industry sectors.
The PWP Difference
Our intern and graduate programmes aren't like others in the industry. At just 14 years old, PWP is a still-young firm; working with our team gives you the opportunity to help build a brand and scale a business while providing high-end advisory services to some of the most innovative and prestigious companies around the world.
Our business is designed for you to have direct access to seniors - working on transformational transactions with high client exposure and responsibility. The learning curve is steep and we’re committed to excellence, from top to bottom.
Unlike working at a large firm, you’ll never be another cog in the wheel. What do we need from you? An entrepreneurial mindset.
Applications for the Corporate Advisory Intern and Graduate Analyst programmes for 2021 are now closed.

Your Internship and Beyond
Our relentless commitment to excellence means that we only hire the best of the best – and when we find it, we don’t let it go easily. If you’re a brilliant thinker and exceptional communicator, the chances are good that we’ll make you a full-time offer at the end of your internship. In fact, more than half of PWP Interns convert to Graduate Analysts after university.
Our Firm is constantly evolving, and we want you to grow with us. With the right attitude, intelligence, passion for change and commitment to world-class client service, there’s no stopping what you can achieve.
Applications for this programme closed on 30th October 2020.

The PWP Graduate Analyst Programme
Graduate Analysts who join our advisory platform have a truly distinctive experience. PWP offers an entrepreneurial culture where Analysts interact with senior advisors and clients, and make meaningful contributions from the start to high profile, complex engagements and transactions.
After joining, Analysts will begin their programme with a global 4-week intensive training agenda combined with the US Analyst class. Here, Analysts are encouraged to develop connections and build the foundations of their network. Our apprenticeship model encourages you to observe and comprehend the nuances of each transaction, and Analysts are expected to take on an outsized level of responsibility from the outset.
While you need to demonstrate a thorough grasp of financial concepts, what's even more important is a high degree of intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a positive and collaborative attitude.
Applications for this programme closed on 30th October 2020.
